Privacy Policy

BiscuitBanana ("BiscuitBanana", "I", "me") is a personal tool, run by an individual in Singapore. It sends videos I create to my own TikTok account as drafts (the "Tool"). It isn't offered to the public, and it doesn't collect information from other people. This policy explains what the Tool handles and how.

1. Who the Tool is for

The Tool is used only by its operator, on the operator's own TikTok account. There are no user sign-ups. Visitors to this website can't connect their TikTok accounts.

2. Information the Tool handles

From TikTok

When I authorise the Tool on my own TikTok account, TikTok provides:

• Basic profile information (user.info.basic): my TikTok open ID and display name, used to confirm the right account is connected.
• Access and refresh tokens that let the Tool upload drafts to my account under the video.upload permission.

The Tool doesn't request permission to publish directly, and it doesn't read videos, comments, followers, messages or analytics.

Videos

• Videos I create, including videos made with AI-assisted tools, which are sent to my TikTok inbox as drafts.

This website

• This site has no accounts, forms, analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider (Vercel) may process visitors' IP addresses and request logs as part of normal operation.

3. How information is used

• To send my videos to my TikTok inbox as drafts and check that each upload succeeded.
• To keep the connection to my TikTok account active by refreshing tokens.

Nothing is published automatically. Every draft is reviewed, edited and posted by hand in the TikTok app, with AI-generated content labelled as such.

4. Storage, security and retention

• TikTok tokens are stored only on the operator's own computer. They are never published or shared.
• Each video is placed briefly in cloud storage (Cloudflare R2), at an unlisted URL TikTok can fetch it from, then deleted as soon as TikTok has received it or the upload has failed.
• A small local log records when drafts were sent (time, file name, TikTok publish ID) so the Tool stays within TikTok's daily limits.
• Revoking the Tool's access in TikTok, or deleting the local token file, ends its access immediately.

5. Sharing

Information is shared only with TikTok (to deliver the drafts, under TikTok's own terms and privacy policy) and the service providers named above (Vercel for this website, Cloudflare for temporary video storage). Nothing is sold, rented or traded.

6. Children

The Tool isn't directed at children and doesn't collect information from anyone other than its operator.

7. Changes to this policy

If the Tool changes, for example if it's ever opened to other creators, this policy will be updated before that happens, and the effective date above will change.
