These Terms cover BiscuitBanana (the "Tool") and this website. By using this website you agree to them. Please also read the Privacy Policy.
1. What the Tool is
BiscuitBanana is a personal tool, run by an individual in Singapore. It sends videos the operator creates to the operator's own TikTok account as drafts, using TikTok's official Content Posting API (Upload). Drafts are reviewed, edited and posted by hand in the TikTok app. The Tool never publishes anything automatically.
2. Who can use it
- The Tool is used only by its operator, on the operator's own TikTok account.
- It isn't offered, sold or licensed to anyone else. Visitors can't connect their TikTok accounts.
3. Content standards
Content sent through the Tool:
- is original, created by the operator, including with AI-assisted tools, from assets the operator has the rights to use;
- is never copied from other TikTok accounts or other platforms;
- is labelled as AI-generated on TikTok where it is AI-generated;
- follows TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and applicable law, including disclosure rules for commercial content;
- stays within TikTok's API limits, including the limit on pending drafts.
4. TikTok
BiscuitBanana is independent. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok. TikTok may limit, change or reject uploads, and its terms apply to everything posted there.
5. This website
This website is provided for information only, "as is", without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator isn't liable for any loss arising from its use.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the courts of Singapore.
7. Changes
These Terms may be updated, for example if the Tool is ever opened to other creators. The effective date above will change when they are.
